It's the same as a regular
domestic kit except:

All the ribs and spar sections are cut from the
backing material so they fit a package that can be
sent internationally at a reasonable cost.

Next the spar sections are cut at non-critical spots
into lengths that will fit in the shipping box.  All cuts
are coded so that matching the pieces is fool proof.
And we include some extra wood to reinforce the
joints. The manual shows clear assembly instructions.

The electronic assembly manual is emailed as soon
as the order is processed so you can start planning
while the kit is on its way.

The spar with glue joints is just as strong as the
uncut spar and only weighs a couple ounces more.
Ribs and spar sections ready for shipment.
Spar sections laid out for gluing.
Matching wood is supplied to make ply
doublers used to reinforce the glue joints.

WHAT DOES THE KIT CONTAIN?
Just like our domestic kits, all export kits contain a complete frame consisting of ribs and main
spar (stringer) as well as a PDF format assembly manual covering every step. The manual is
emailed to you and you are licensed to save and/or print copies for personal use.  You will need
wood for the outside planking, fiberglass, glue, sandpaper and common tools  to complete the kit.
