Wood Surfboard Supply is now producing a CNC-machined polycarbonate fin base that makes it easy to install your own custom wood fin. The hardest
part of installing a removable fin is getting the base right and we've done that for you. You simply build a pocket into your custom fin and epoxy the tab in.
Base come in two sizes: 7" for fins up to 8" and 9" for fins up to 10". Fully illustrated instructions are included with each fin base. The bases fit standard
8 1/2" and 10 1/2 fin boxes and include a break-away slider screw
